Returns & Exchange Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our shirts. If you need to return or exchange a shirt, please follow the guidelines below:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed shirts with original tags within 7 days of purchase.
• To request an alteration or remake, please contact our customer care team for assistance.

2. Return Procedure

• Include a copy of your invoice and provide a reason for the return.
• Return items via a traceable delivery method, such as courier or registered post, at your own expense to our address.
• Ensure the items are properly packed to avoid damage during transit.

3. Processing and Notifications

• Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email, text, or phone call regarding the approval or rejection of your request.
• If approved, exchanges will be processed, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 days of receiving the returned items.

4. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• For exchanges, shipping costs to send the new item will be covered by us. However, you are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

5. Exchange Charges

• An exchange charge of Rs. 300/- will apply for processing the exchange. This fee will be collected when you receive your replacement item.

6. Special Notes for Custom Shirt Orders

• Custom shirts, made to specific customer requirements, are non-refundable. However, we are happy to assist with alterations or remakes if you are not fully satisfied with the fit.

7. Special Notes for International Customers

• Customers outside Pakistan are responsible for any customs duties, fees, or taxes incurred. These fees are non-refundable.
• International customers will also need to cover the shipping charges for returns.
